Fuse Pro is an application that is designed for anyone to purchase insurance directly from the insurance company. As a Customer, you can purchase insurance, track your policy status and all through the app.
Fuse Pro is not an insurance company, the Insurance Policy will be issued by the insurance company that you have selected during the application process.
Fuse Pro aims to provide a wide selection of insurance products ranging from vehicle, property, travel, health, and various other insurances with various protections for the public. Since we are new to Thailand, we currently only support car insurance (MV insurance). However, we are preparing more products, DO stay tuned!
Currently we only provide Car Insurance. Car Insurance in Thailand has different types of coverage. There are usually 4 types of coverage and the most popular one is First class insurance because this will cover damages to your car and to any car that you collide with in cases of accidents.
Class 1 Insurance (Type 1)
This is the most popular type of insurance because it covers your car and any third party that is involved in case of an accident. Coverage includes damage to your car, whether you are at fault or not, fire and theft, personal accident insurance, public liability, and bail bond. Some Class 1 insurance has deductibles or excess may lower your premium.
Class 2+ Insurance (Type 2+)
Similar to Class 1 Insurance, this type of insurance also provides coverage for the car for damages, fire and theft, but it will not cover the whole value of your car. Coverage includes third-party coverage, partial coverage for damages to your car, partial coverage for fire and theft, personal accidents, public liability, and bail bond.
Class 3+ Insurance (Type 3+)
This type of insurance is similar to Second Plus Class Insurance (Type 2+) but this class doesn’t have a cover for fire and theft. This class provides the coverage for your car for partial damages third-party, partial coverage for damages to your car, partial coverage for fire and theft, personal accident, public liability, and bail bond.
Class 3 Insurance (Type 3)
This type of insurance only covers third-party and does not provide coverage for your car, in addition, it also provides Personal Accident, Public Liability, and Bail Bond.

Fuse Pro can provide policy comparison between different policy plans and recommend the best and cheapest insurance policy plan available to suit your needs.
To become a Customer, please do the following steps.
1. Download the Fuse Pro application via Google Play Store or App Store.
2. Register an account on FUSE Pro with your mobile number
3. Verify your identity by providing your ID card and photo
4. OK, you are all set!
1. Open the App and tap the “forgot password” on the login page;
2. Verify your mobile number by entering the SMS verification code;
3. Input your new password to log in.

Policy orders can be viewed in the Policy Tab located under the Navigation bar at the bottom of the Fuse Pro application.
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support at +6621539487 or e-mail cs@aecinsurance.com. Our Customer Support will assist in cancelling the order and inform you if the cancellation has been successful.
We support bank transfers and PromptPay now. Various other payment methods will be available soon, stay tuned!
After the payment is verified and policy is generated by the insurance company, the policy (in the form of an e-policy) will be sent within 24 hours. (Please note that some Class 1 insurance requires car inspection before the policy is issued)
The original policies will be sent out to your email address within 7-14 days (depending on how fast each insurance company takes to issue the original policy).
Refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis from the time when the Insurance Company / Fuse receives a refund notification from you.
